Mirri

Mirri is one of the founders of MARP Incorporated. She had started with her military training, and being a Spacer, the whole of it happened on one of the two moons of Irisia; Miirka or Miirka II. Her training involved the piloting of a Combat Transport and in case she needed to get involved to defend it, an AGWS unit. Though Mirri is a little eccentric. Even as she was over with her military service, she kept the name that was given to her. Mirri, supposedly a Goddess of Old from her world that could shape metals and controlled an army of metallic golems.

After leaving service, she and her three friends decided to found a corporation. There was a lot of possibilities out there as to Mining and Salvaging. So, the first prototype salvage ship was built, named Steel. Several successful missions happened and the ship Steel brought back a lot of Credits in the form of raw material and parts. Enough that MARP was capable of conducting into some Research and Development work for stronger hulls and shield systems. One of the missions went wrong however and Steel got torn to shreds during a salvaging mission as Mirri had punctured a hydrogen tank and caused it to explode. The ship hull just couldn't handle that kind of pressure. Mirri was forced to escape into a pod back to the closest world where she had to pay for a transport back home. The construction of the second generation savager then began, a Salvage Ship named Rose. Aboard Rose also came an AGWS Unit designed to handle more delicate operations or working inside more space-restraint areas such as recuperating the computer systems in a ship being salvaged. (Many Corporations will pay a lot of Credits for intact computer systems and black boxes that can be refurbished for new ships)
